By accessing and placing an order with Novelty Tours, Huga Badalića 26 A Zagreb 10000 Hrvatska you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and the Company.
DELIVERY TERMS
Service delivery in tourism refers to the supply of the needs of tourists. All these are to make the experience of the tourist a memorable one so as to encourage another visit or multiple visits.
Novelty Tours, Huga Badalića 26 A Zagreb 10000 Hrvatska, acting as the Company, guarantees to provide all travel services purchased or reserved by the client on the website www.noveltytours.com (or on other advertisement websites such as www.clickandboat.com, www.getmyboat.com, etc.), in agreement with the Terms & Conditions. The Client is obligated to provide any information which is required for the reservation process.
RESERVATION & PAYMENT
To reserve any tour, the client can send an email or contact the company via any other available communication (messaging apps, social media, phone call).
To confirm an ONLINE reservation/booking via the Agency web page booking system, a booking deposit or a payment of the full amount is required. Upon making the payment, you will get a confirmation email, with trip details and a mobile voucher.
The payment via Agency ONLINE reservation/booking system is completed by Credit Card or PayPal.
Payment can also be done by regular bank transfer.
PRICING AND CONTENT
The prices shown on the website are the official prices for the services. The Company holds the right to make modifications to the prices in case of drastic changes based on fuel costs or other services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1) Client cancellation
ALL cancellations must be in written form, by e-mail.
Flexible cancellation policy: Full refund of the deposit for cancellations up to 24 hours before the date of the booked tour, transfer service or boat rental.
The paid booking deposit of 20% of the total price is not refunded in case of no show or cancellations less than 24 hours before the start time of the tour, transfer service or boat rental.
2) Company Cancellation
The Agency holds the right to modify the route or cancel the trip due to bad weather conditions.
In case of extreme weather conditions that have unexpectedly occurred on a tour already operating, the Company holds the right to alternate the route for safety reasons without prior notice, or to terminate the tour due to safety concerns.
The Company holds the right to cancel the tour or charter for any safety concerns.
In case of major changes or cancellations of a specific part of the tour that has not yet started, the Company will notify the Client before the start of the tour and provide the following options:
a) Client may accept the alternative tour
b) Client may cancel without cancellation fees
c) Client may reschedule the original tour for the next available date.
The time schedule of the tours is approximate and can be adjusted to the current situation and conditions at sea.
3) Minimum Number of Participants
The agency holds the right to cancel, modify or reschedule the tour if the minimum number of participants is not met for a group tour, or if the group arriving has a larger number of persons than indicated in the reservation/booking process.
PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURITY
To complete a booking our clients are asked for personal information (name, phone number and e-mail). This information is never shared with a third party and is used only by the Novelty Tours d.o.o. marketing department.
MODIFICATIONS
NoveltyTours d.o.o. may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
COMPLAINTS AND REFUND CLAIMS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the services we provide, please contact our agents within 7 days of the completion of the tour.
A refund will be taken into consideration if the tour services are incomplete or performed below standard. The client is entitled to a refund in the amount of the real value of the service that has not been provided.
