Primošten

Primosten is a picturesque small town situated approx. 30 km south of Sibenik. It has been constructed on a small island which is connected with the mainland. The connection was constructed in the 16th century to allow the inhabitants of Primosten to reach the fields and the vineyards on the mainland. Primosten is a jewel of nature, surrounded by 7 beautiful islands. Primosten used to be a fisherman’s village in the past, but nowadays it is a popular tourist resort with a charming old town.
